You are worth Healing

Orange Flower IllustrationMy willingness to forgive begins my healing process.

I allow the love from my own heart to wash through me, cleansing and healing every part of my body. I know I am worth healing. ~ Louise L. Hay ~

It doesn’t matter how many mistakes you’ve made or how many times you’ve relapsed, you have the power within you to heal. It is so easy to berate ourselves for our perceived “mistakes” and “failures”, but the truth is there are no such things. It is all a learning opportunity.

We’re here to learn and grow and to enjoy life.

So many of us grow up believing that we have to measure up to a standard, an expectation of who we’re suppose to be, what we’re suppose to do,  and where we’re suppose to be in life. We have lost touch with our authentic and true self. We’ve lost touch with the child within.

“To be nobody but yourself in a world that’s doing its best to make you somebody else, is to fight the hardest battle you are ever going to fight. Never stop fighting.” ~ e.e cummings

The process of healing begins with the willingness to let go of all those external and internal expectation and limitations that are imposed on us and we impose on ourselves. It starts with the willingness to get in touch with that long lost child within. It starts with the willingness to forgive ALL of our so called “mistakes and failures”.

You are not your mistakes or failures!

You are a wonderful human being. You deserve to experience peace, joy, love, beauty, creativity, and abundance. In order to begin your journey of healing you need to be willing to forgive and let go fo the past. Then connect with the child within you that was wounded long time ago.

Connect with the part of you that was told long time ago it was not o.k to be yourself because you were “too shy, or too loud, or too short, or too tall,” or too this or that. The list goes on… Give that little girl or boy inside of you the permission to BE. Give your true self permission to be HUMAN – to make mistakes and to learn and grow.

You CAN heal.

Regardless of where you’ve been and how much of a mess you’re in right now you have the power to change your life. Recovery is possible for you. That said healing is work. It will most likely be the biggest battle you’ll fight in your life. However I’m here to tell you this battle is worth fighting.

You are fighting for you life. You are fighting for the wounded child within you. You are fighting to claim your freedom. You are fighting to LIVE instead of surviving and stumbling through life. You are fighting for your liberty. You CAN do this.

I’m here cheering you on. Please be gentle with yourself. Be willing to forgive yourself and start the healing process. You are truly worth healing.

Peace, Love & Gratitude,
