What Matters Now…

Just Too Pretty
We must finally see that the light we seek streams from our very own eyes and always has.
~ Karen Maezen Miller, Hand Wash Cold ~

I use to think so many “things” mattered that didn’t really matter. For many years I felt like I was spinning my wheels looking for peace and happiness in all the wrong places.

Eventually after much pain, and suffering I came to the realization that everything I was looking for was already inside of me.

The only thing missing was my awareness of it.

I don’t know about you but I missed the class on how to find peace within when I was going through school. Most of those around me were disconnected from themselves as they were from each other.

I grew up in a war-torn country. It wasn’t clear to me then but now I know war is a result of individuals who are out of touch with their true self and reality.

If they knew who they were they would know we are all connected. We are ONE. If they had peace within peace without would be the reflection.

Ultimately what matters is PEACE.

What matters is being at peace.

What matters is everyone is at peace within themselves.

When each and every one of us come to the place of recognizing our true self, healing our wounds, and becoming whole we’ll see others for who they truly are.

Our world will cease to be plagued with so much of the nonsense we see today.

How important is for you to find peace and happiness in your life now?

It is of the utmost importance.

I consider my greatest achievement to date finding my path to healing and wholeness.

It is having the courage to look within and find out who I really am and to BE just that.

This process of healing involves facing your fears and getting rid of faulty programming.

In order to achieve our full potential as human being we are also required to dare to dream and have a vision for our life.

I want to share with you an inspirational story of a person who truly exemplifies what I’m talking about here.

Marc Allen is the co-founder of New World Library along with Shakti Gawain. He has guided the company, as president and publisher, from a small start-up to its current position as a major player in the independent publishing world. He leads seminars in northern California and gives monthly free teleseminars that reach people all over the world. He has written several books, including The Type-Z Guide to Success, The Millionaire Course, Visionary Business, and others. He has also recorded several albums of original music, including Breathe, Petals, Quiet Moments, Solo Flight, and his latest, Awakening.

Marc believes “We can all do something to make the world a better place.” He also believe we have the potential and ability to create anything we want in our life.

In his new book “The Greatest Secret of All” he shares this beautiful message of inspiration and hope.

You can listen to his incredible story HERE.

Please leave me your questions and comments below. I’d love to hear about what matters to you. I’d love to learn more about the lessons of your life.

Many blessings and Peace,

My thought here is why have war when peace is already present through grace and unity. Its in the “realization” and “awareness” these are inborn qualities that have been blocked through human ego conditioning believing a false illusion depicting a reality was ours to claim which then brings a false happiness that is never eternal but thrives for existence on the outer objects to bring us micreated contentment. The peace found within is not just eternal and yours to claim by surrender of the outer happiness fixes, but does not need found as it was inborn but rather unleashed and put forth to then lasso in the real outer God given externals like a rustling meadow, birds chirping, flowers, crickets at night, a ripple free lake, laughter, even crying for hormone release, and all these things already freely exist and we are already ONE with each. Its the conditioned separateness that makes us believe we are not in addition to focusing our mind on all these unnatural fixes which allow us to miss the happy and inborn reality already there. Hi Nelson,

Thank you for sharing. I agree that peace is our natural state. It is a gift that each and every one of us have within us. However often it gets lost when we are oprating from the ego. Choas, drama, war and all unpleasant things in between are a result of the workings of the ego. It is possible to have world peace if we take the time to uncover it first within ourselves. Blessings and Peace,

Hi Nelson,

I love that saying. It is absolutely true. We each hold the power of peace. As Gandhi admonished we must be the change we wish to see in the world. We’re each active participants in creating peace in the world. Blessings and Peace,

Neseret
